PEARD & Associates has been officially recognised as the most successful real estate office in WA by the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).

At the annual REIWA Awards, Peard & Associates won the prestigious awards for Top Office for Listings Sold and Top Office for Value Sold covering the 12 months from July 2010 to June 2011.

Byron Wallace, principal of Peard & Associates, said the office sold properties valued at more than $1 million every working day last financial year.

“Everyone is delighted to have received these prestigious awards which puts our office at number one in WA,” he said.

“The outstanding success of our office during the past year has been due to the very high level of service we offer our clients, especially in the area of marketing their properties.

“Peard & Associates has been in operation since 1997 and our longevity and ongoing success is due to the fact that our high level of services has been provided to local property owners on a consistent basis year-in, year-out.”

Mr Wallace said everyone would like to thank their clients for the ongoing support which enabled the office to achieve this milestone.

Peter Peard, CEO of The Peard Real Estate Group, added that the company also won a host of other REIWA awards on the night.

“In particular, our staff took out a large number of individual awards for sales, especially in the million dollar plus categories,” he said.

“These awards are a testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire staff and I am very appreciative of their efforts.”
