This is disgusting I don't know how any decent human being could do this to anyone we have also heard about this happening to dogs it makes me sick these people just seem to get away with murder almost the laws need to be tougher either that or an eye for an eye prehaps barbaric maybe ,but what about what these innocent people go through because of THUGS!! The elderly scared by these people often prayed upon because they are seen as vulnerable .
MAYBE IT'S TIME TO TAKE A STEP BACK IN HISTORY FOR PUNISHMENT IT SEEMED TO WORK THEN.
