Comments:

THE East Perth Eagles have shored up their front line for next year’s season by securing the services of seven-footer Tom Jervis.

The 22-year-old will return to the club after playing eight games in the State Basketball League last season where he averaged almost 17 points and 12 rebounds per game.

His impressive end to the season followed a successful stint in the US College system, where he represented Troy University in Alabama.

East Perth managing director Brett Nazzari said the former Morley Senior High School student would be a welcome addition for the length of the 2010 season.
