ROSIE O'Grady's in Northbridge was packed to the rafters yesterday as hundreds celebrated St Patrick’s Day.

Those with Irish heritage and those just out for a good time were in a mood to celebrate.

The more the Guinness flowed the louder the singing became as Chris Murphy and The Dublin Rogues provided the entertainment.

Similar parties were held throughout Perth in honour of St Patrick - the most commonly recognised patron saint of Ireland.
