SETTLERS Hills Estate is WA’s best master- planned community, according to a leading national property authority.
The Stockland-designed estate won the Master Planned Communities award at the Property Council of Australia WA Innovation and Excellence Awards last Friday.
Stockland WA general manager Graham McArthur said: “Settlers Hills has become a sought-after community, both for its rural setting, characterised by mature tuart trees and existing vegetation, and because best practice design principles were implemented at the very start.”
Stockland also won Property of the Year for its four-level office building in the city centre and took out the Sustainable Development category.
