The internet, like the rest of the free market world, discriminates between those that know what they are doing and don't know what they are doing. You know what I am talking about when you take your car to the mechanic and he hands you a bill with an itimised report of how your "service" cost $700. What were you doing on a sunny November day last year? Google knows and now they have pictures to prove it. Google Maps found at http://maps.google.com.au now has what is called STREET VIEW. This feature allows you to select any of the streets outlined in blue and see what that street looks like - literally. Last week, it seemed.... more »

Let's get this out of the way, your Perth Hack of the day is to store 131 444 in your phone under Police. Now, don't be afraid to use it. One of the biggest problems in Perth is the apathy of residents towards crime. When someone sustains a near break-in, they don't report it citing that they can't be bothered or they don't know what to do.
